But they were false pinnacles, built on schemes and shortcuts. Tru Pinnacle is founded on the principles that building a solid, strong and a sound business is far better than shortcuts that put the business and its reputation at risk. To build a business on a solid foundation and grow the business into a strong pinnacle; and continue reaching higher is a legacy that is rewarding and is a blessing to all who both give to and receive from such a worthy entity!

About our Lead Consultant

I was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where my entrepreneurial journey began early on my dad’s farm, raising crops and livestock. Growing up in the farming industry instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the land. It was here that I first learned the importance of dedication, perseverance, and the value of hard work. These early experiences laid the foundation for my future ventures, shaping my approach to business and my commitment to delivering exceptional value. My rural upbringing continues to influence my professional life, driving my passion for helping businesses grow and succeed.

In my early twenties, I developed a keen interest in business success principles, focusing on what makes an enterprise thrive. This passion led me to establish Ag Essentials, an agronomy consulting firm. Running this small business allowed me to serve the agricultural industry with a dedication to customer satisfaction, resulting in a high client-retention rate. Now, with over twenty-six years of consulting experience, I am shifting my focus to helping business owners build strong, highly profitable businesses that serve their customers and employees well, and benefit from the long-term value created.

As a committed Christian, I adhere to the Golden Rule—treating others as I want to be treated. I believe true success goes beyond finances and that building for the long-term is where the greatest value is found.
